WHAT PAID SUPPORT CAN INCLUDE Depending on the agreed scope: organizing scattered records into a usable timeline; preparing factual summaries for family members or professionals; identifying resources and questions for providers; developing a prioritized action plan; or coordinating appointments, communications, and follow-up. Written summaries, curated reports, dashboards, and ongoing support belong to a separately scoped paid engagement. BEFORE YOUR CALL Have your main concern, the decision ahead, and any relevant deadline in mind. A brief overview is enough; please do not upload medical records, account numbers, or other sensitive documents through the booking form. Record sharing can be arranged if we move forward.
